Bijou is a kitten born the 13 September 1998 in Turin. One month later it fall from the balcony at the 4th floor hitting its head and going into a coma.
Luckily Ettore and Elena found it in time and carry it to the vet. After some day Bijou awake but it can't move its legs. Ettore and Elena take care of it posting messages on the newsgroup and receiving help and solace. After two weeks since the incident Bijou start moving again correctly its legs and now (one month later) everything is ok.

On the left Sole, also called Brubri that share the love of Ettore and Elena with the little Bijou.

Some moths ago Tina goes to the vet and see a little cat injured. The vet tell her that the little cat, called Ricki, was closed in a door and the diagnosis was that it can't move anymore the rear legs. The previous owner asked to the vet to help Ricki to pass away but Tina asked to the vet to help her to take care of the little cat. After some time Ricky feel better and it can move a bit its tail and its rear legs but it cant move around. One day Tina see in a orthopedics laboratory some machines to help peoples to walk around and ask to the technicians to help her.
Now Ricki is known as Trespolo (trestle) and live with Tina walking around on its wheels and every day its rear legs become stronger.

These pictures are a tribute to everyone has helped Trespolo and all other cats that seems beyond every treatment.

Meet Ambrogino, a little stray cat that was injured by a car and helped by Diana. After one month Ambrogino recover its strength and now live cuddled in a beautiful house on a hill.

my name is Melopè and I'm a one year old female cat, in the first picture I was only some months old.
I like Iams cat food, quails, every kind of meat and milk. Usually I play with a little green ball, a plastic spider and a plush mouse...

Picci is a nice cat 4 years old and it weights about 6Kg. Its "official" name is "Rosso" (Red), but Picci is the short name for "Piccino!" (Little in Italian).
Picci is deaf since it was born and for this reason it lives in an apartment and it goes outside only in the weekends in a big garden.
